Build & Install

Phase 1: Approx. 2 Weeks Process

Clients & Designers get together to discuss and understand Clients’ needs, budget, timeline, theme and other requirements.

Phase 2: Approx. 2 Weeks Process

Our Designers proposes to our Clients a few Design Themes, ideas, concept, budget and general direction of the proposals. Client and our Designers will narrow down the options available and fine tune it.

Phase 3: Approx. 2 Weeks Process

Clients and Designers confirm & select the ideal Renovation Design & Theme. A detailed Quotation of the renovation based on the selected Design is provided and we collect a Deposit from our Clients.

Phase 4: Approx. 4-8 Weeks

Our Factory will commence Carpentry fabrication base on Detailed 3D & installations will be thoroughly monitored with care by our Designers & Coordinators. Clients will be kept informed at all times on the progress of works done and our Designers will perform a walk-thru with Clients upon Completion. All our Carpentry works come with 2 years warranty for Piece of mind.

When we first met Kate, we were worried if she is able to understand our requirements and needs. Shortly, she managed to propose some ideas and provided a quotation within one week… We were impressed and decided to appoint her as she was able to commit to the deadline we set for her too.

Although there were some hiccups during the renovation, Kate attended and solved them immediately. On completion, we found some minor faults during handover and she continued to follow up and fixed all the remaining issues. Overall highly recommended!
